With more than 26 years of experience, he has a deep understanding of the unique risks law firms face and partners closely with managing partners to develop practical, forward-looking strategies.

Before joining Ames & Gough, Uri held leadership roles at Risk Strategies and founded The Law Firm Leaders Conference—the largest regional peer-to-peer learning group for law firm managing partners. He is a frequent speaker and writer on insurance and law firm leadership topics, sharing insights with the legal community across the country.
