Allison Barefoot

Allison Barefoot is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Ames & Gough. She has nearly 25 years of insurance brokerage experience and has played a key role in guiding clients through complex programs with strategic insight and exceptional service.

Allison joined Ames & Gough in 2013, was appointed Vice President three years later, and was elevated to Senior Vice President in 2025. Previously, she spent 12 years with USI Insurance Services, where she held progressively responsible roles culminating as commercial lines account executive and team leader. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
